Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Sharon has always had a fiery passion for buying and selling homes and has served as a dedicated promoter of financial freedom.

Sharon knew exactly what career she planned to pursue when she grew up. Every Sunday since she was a teenager, she’d grab the Delaware newspaper, The News Journal, and curl up on the couch to study the real estate section. The pictures and vivid descriptions filled her imagination with all of the glorious and charming Delaware homes that were on the market. She dreamed about high-end mansions and sprawling homes with their impressive old-world architecture and historic characteristics. Therefore, her answer to the senior yearbook question, “What is your dream occupation?” was easy. She meticulously scrawled in big cursive letters: A SUCCESSFUL REALTOR.

Her ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit led her to jump-start her career in finance management, where she quickly moved up the ranks by establishing her reputation in building relationships with consumers and encouraging them to build their financial wealth. As a strong believer in helping others achieve financial freedom, Sharon believes that “cultivating a healthy consumer will cultivate healthy communities,” which directly aligned with her vision for starting Healthy Real Estate & Associates in 2018. She combined her love for real estate with building financial wealth via purchasing properties.

Whether it’s to assist first-time home buyers, buying luxury homes on Delaware’s white-sand beaches or scoring that perfect distressed property to boost investment portfolios, Sharon is dedicated to providing stellar customer service while going to bat for her clients on real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers and effectively marketing her team’s listings.

At home, Sharon loves spending time with her fun-loving husband, Christopher, and their son. As a 17-year real estate veteran, she’ll never allow you to lose when it comes to real estate — however, competing against her at a party game may prove to be a different story.

Boasting more than 10 years of experience as a Program Director for the Delaware Financial Literacy Institute, a nonprofit that helped individuals achieve financial success, Shaquilla acquired valuable skills to help real estate clients build financial assets, navigate current market trends and make informed financial decisions.

Now, she serves as the dedicated and diligent real estate agent she wish she had when she purchased her first home. She trained hard, stays abreast on all resources available for Delawareans and provides undivided attention to clients along every step of the major transaction.

As a long-time resident who grew up in Delaware, Shaquilla offers a wealth of expertise on matching clients’ lifestyles with communities she knows they’ll love.
