It’s Healthy Real Estate & Associates three-year anniversary! Since 2019, when Sharon Hamilton launched HREA, we have been on a mission to make dreams of homeownership and building financial wealth through real estate become a reality for Delaware families. Our clients’ best interests were at the forefront of every deal. And we were sure to follow our Healthy Standard of Excellence to be morally and ethically sound.
HREA launched November 13, 2019. Sharon and the team are amazed at what we all have worked together to achieve. Nothing would have been possible without our wonderful clients, dedicated real estate agents and devoted business associates. Our common goal to build, grow and sustain thriving communities has come to life.
This milestone is a big deal to us. This has been an amazing journey filled with rollercoaster moments of highs and lows. We are extremely excited about what the future will bring! Here’s a highlight of our achievements.

The global COVID-19 pandemic hit three months after we opened our doors. No one could have predicted the current landscape of the real estate industry. Still, we are thrilled by the support we received during such uncertain times.
We could not have gotten this far without our clients! They trusted us with assisting them to make healthy and informed real estate decisions. We also enjoyed providing our Advisory Services to help clients relocate into Delaware or out of the area to other states.

Our firm has been fortunate to see year-over-year growth. A major part of Healthy Real Estate and Associates’ success is due to our agent, Valerie Vassar. This year alone, she has sold more homes in this challenging market than she ever has before. We are grateful witness her growth as an agent and that she trusted our firm to guide her success.
